“You have taken my money and I have not received any goods , I have asked for my money to be returned, it has not been !!! Please refund my £67.50 immediately. Not sure why you ask me what your service is like !!!”

“Purchase has not arrived even though had an email to say it has been sent. No tracking from delivery company. After emailing and being told on two occasions it’s on its way still waiting. Have now asked for a refund”

“On 19/5/23 I ordered dog shampoo and conditioner; on 21/5/23 I was notified that the order had been dispatched. It is now 29/6/23 and despite sending several emails the goods have still not arrived. The last 4 emails received from them read "I can see your order has been dispatched, if you haven't received your tracking information yet, this should be with you shortly". I will definitely not recommend them nor use them again! Malcolm Nuttall”

“I placed an order over two months ago to the value of £99. After many promises neither the goods nor the refund requested were forth coming. You have taken my money under false pretences. the company should be appalled at the reputation it has recently gained.”

“I ordered a cat bed 5th May , it did not arrive, apologies were sent for being late, tgen repeatedly told it was dispatched. I have now informed the trading standards ombudsman. I may inform the police looking at all these reviews, they are based near me in Scotton, near Harrogate.”

“Don't use this company. I ordered £48 worth dog food in March and never received it. when I emailed them I was told they had sent a refund but it never appeared in my bank. Eventually did a chargeback through my credit card company and they refunded the money straight away and then claimed it back from Not in the Dog House.”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.TAKE YOUR MONEY SEND YOU NOTHING AND ZILCH COMMUNICATION.HAD TO REPORT THEM TO MY BANK AND GOT A FULL REFUND FROM THE BANK. MY NEXT STOP IS YRADING STANDARDS. FAKE WEBSITE WITH NO REAL GOODS TO SELL. PACK OF DISGUSTING THIEVES.”

“They do not send the goods. I purchased something in April 2023 now it it June and it still has not arrived. They seem to respond via email but they take no actions following the email. Avoid this company.”
