“This company needs to be shut down with immediate effect, I did not read the reviews and like everyone else ordered and now no dog food and no refund !”

“Ordered goods, paid, as you do. Long wait but holding e mails sent from them, sorry for the delay this is unusual for us🤣 (read reviews) I then got an e mail to say my goods were being despatched. Then silence, i e mailed and got holding e mails again. Asked to cancel order and be refunded, no holding e mail this time. Have received a full refund from my credit card. Absolutely appalling experience.”

“Ordered horse feed, had to chase them and twice I was advised the goods had been despatched with tracking info to follow, eventually ordered elsewhere and asked for a refund which I was told would take up to 10 working days, after 11 working days and no refund they apologised and said the money would be with me in a day or so, yet another lie, I had to raise a dispute with my credit card provider who have refunded me, avoid this company and save yourself the stress”

“Dog raincoat did not turn up even after 3 emails saying it was being dispatched. 1 month later asked for refund, was told would take 5-15/days 3 months on from initial purchase, no coat and no refund. My latest emails, ignored.”

“Never trust a company that does not publish a phone number, I should have checked and I should have also checked TrustPilot. They did not deliver, communicated via email and they said it was on its way, a month later, still nothing.”

“If there was an option for zero stars, you would receive zero stars. PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED!! Having placed my order and receiving confirmation emails, a dispatch email and then a 'how did we do email' The product had still not been received, I contacted you by email to advise and ask for a refund, I received a reply to state refund within 5 to 10 working days. I have not received a refund!!”

“Ordered dog food 16th June 2023 payment taken straight away have not received goods. Have exchanged numerous emails just get automated responses apologising and saying replacement dog food sent. No way of contacting this company and I know with certainty they will not make the refund I have requested they are just a load of crooks. Do not go anywhere near them.”

“Spent £63.40 Never received my order an no refund Have constantly emailed and got told they would do one or the other but nothing ! Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company as they ripped me off. Don’t like bad vibes but sadly I’ve lost my hard earned money”

“DON"T BUY from this company. They havn't fullfilled my order or given a refund. No explanation or even an estimated date of delivery. This is my first time buying with them, never again. I Ordered 3 boxes of naturo, on 2nd JUNE, within a day received an email from them adviseing order would be delayed, no explanation ! One week, I emailed them, two weeks I emailed again, 3rd week came and went and then I received 2 boxes only. Emailed again, and again, and again and asked for refund on 3rd box STILL same response, apologising and will fulfill my order ..... Today 20th July ... STILL NOTHING. I have been so patient all these weeks and didn't want to do a bad review. BUT. When you don't get your order or refund Frustration and Anger kick in because there has been no explanation as to why ??? I am still waiting for my 3rd box or refund and I WILL continue to email .”

“Never buy from this company again. Dont fullfill your order and getting a refund is near impossible. Ordered 25th feb and still absolutely nothing. Our dogs have been attacked and been really poorly since and the refund would of helped towards vet bill. Email after email, automated response after automated response. Dreadful company. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!!”

“I purchased Rabbit Ears - with Hair - 1kg bags × 2 worth £45.96 altogether. That was on the 10th of June. They were never dispatched. 2 weeks later, on the 23rd of June, I asked for a refund. It's 7th of July and I have no money and no Rabbit Ears for my dog. Having an online shop with dog toys myself I'm absolutely outraged! There is no way I would ever treat my customers this way. Horrible. Will keep”
