Ordered a fabric Dog Crate over 3 weeks ago chased numerous times to be told it’s been dispatched, chased again said they would send out again guess what not arrived, asked for delivery details guess what none supplied this guy Will is a conman

Company should be renamed as "Firmly in The Dog House" Had to give 1 star to open comments box but would in reality give zero. My experience echos those of many others, |non delivery and lack of communication by e mail; 2 listed phone numbers one not in use and 1 straight to voicemail - of course unanswered. Cancelled my order after 2 weeks and bought products elsewhere only for them to arrive unannounced yesterday. Returning dog crate with trepidation despite their pledge of "60 day risk free returns". I will advise on status of refund. Simple point is DO NOT USE this Company Unfortunately

As i have never used this website before I took the plung to try, as they were the company who were selling my horse feed the cheapest. Although the customer service after my order was placed was extremely poor. When I placed my order i was lead to believe that it should arrive within 10 working days. i received an update saying that my order had been dispatched. But this wasnt the case. after countless emails and being continuously ignored or receiving a reply saying they were looking into it. so basically if you want your items dont expect to have any decent contact with the company and live in hope that your order eventually turns up. i wouldnt recommend them to anyone and i will never be using them again!

I am surprised I was asked to leave a review. I would not recommend this business at all. The dog food I ordered took nearly a month to arrive. This was after being told that my order had been shipped… twice. The replies to my emails were mainly automated and there is no contact number to call them. Terrible service.

Shame I can’t give no stars. Disgraceful company, order not fulfilled, no refund given even after waiting over 10 days. No response to emails. Am hoping Trading Standards will do something.

We ordered horse feed and dog food totalling nearly £200. It was never sent and so after 10 days of unanswered phone calls and emails we advised that we had cancelled the order. Still no response so we advised our bank who have taken up the issue with not in the dog house and our bank have reimbursed us . We will never use them again.

Delayed delivery of about 4 weeks. When I got concerned and tried to contact them I was unable to get a reply that wasn't from a bot. Me : where's my stuff? Bot(Will): your delivery got lost we will resend it. Me:when Bot(Will): no reply Me: can I speak to a human? Bot(Will): no reply Me: I need this order when will I receive it? Bot(Will): your delivery got lost we will resend it. Me: aaargh! Tried to find a contact customer services number but no chance. We eventually received our correct order but after we bought other food to ensure our dog could eat.

Once order was placed there was no contact until 3 weeks later when I wanted to cancel the order. The order came in parts which is still incomplete. Item were bust open not happy at all

Very bad at communicating unable to give a clear answer when goods did arrive box was damaged and contents also couldn’t be bothered to contact them won’t be using there services again.

Took nearly 4 weeks to arrive which is far too long, emailed to find out what the delay was you said it was out for delivery but still took another 2 weeks after that.

You did ask …. Nothing wrong with the dog food. I buy it all the time from other reliable sources. I thought I’d give Not In The Dog House a try. Never again and I’d warn others to steer clear. My order took far too long to be delivered despite constantly chasing. I did wonder if ‘he’ actually carried the stock to fulfil his orders in a timely manner! Reading the reviews, I am not the only one to have this opinion. Thank you.

I ordered a dog bed on 24th September 2022 which has still not arrived. I have emailed Not in the Dog House several times to be told that it had been dispatched but have not been supplied with an estimated delivery date. Over 2 weeks on and still no dog bed! Followed by several unanswered emails requesting updates. Very poor service. Unlikely to use again.
