“I paid £52 for dog treats and food items, I ordered it early April. It still hasn't arrived, despite my emailing you my complaint. The service is terrible, shame on you for taking my money and delivering the goods. I am disgusted and will never order from you again.”

“This company has taken my money & NOT provided the goods, after numerous emails I asked for a refund & that has not happened either. Do not buy from this company read the reviews on trustpilot, there are thousands with the same complaint.”

“Haven’t received my order which I placed on the 14th April 2023, meant to be a 5 working day delivery. online it says order has been dispatched but can’t find tracking details to I doubt I will be getting it and I should have read the reviews about so many people not receiving their goods, if I did that I would have stayed clear, you learn from your mistakes so thankfully it wasn’t a big bag of dog food I ordered,”

“I waited nearly 4 weeks for my goods!!! Only received after trying to claim my money back via bank!! No customer service, automated email reply and no answer on the phone!!! Will never use again, awful service, keep away 😞”

“I am amazed that you can even send me this request. I ordered products at the beginning of last month and only received part of the order a couple of days ago. The remainder of the order is still outstanding, with still no indication from Not in the Dog House of when it will be fulfilled.”

“Very poor service. Ordered £100+ worth of dog food 2 weeks ago…Still nothing has been delivered. Contact made via email and telephone messages left only to be told it had been dispatched and may have gotten lost (no tracking available). Poor communication. Sadly would not recommend as delivery is obviously not guaranteed. Will not be using this company again.”

“I havent even received my goods yet despite it saying i would receive them in 5 business days. They are very slow and i wouldn't recommend them as i ordered my items 3 weeks ago and communication is terrible”
