Goods never received. Said they'd resend, asked for tracking number no reply. No confirmation of despatch. Like so many other customers reviews No refund, no further communication I've had my money taken and won't see anything for it

Made me wait nearly a month and didn't deliver my goods! Also didn't message me to let me know whats going on! Also made it very difficult to get a refund! You would be mad to order from this company.. very bad company.. avoid like covid!!!.

I still havent received my orders - 2 of them despite having to constantly email customer service So frustrated as keep on being told its on its way...so far it isnt I ordered mid august - this is awful

Worst place I've dealt with. Took over 3 weeks to get my raw cat food. Had no dispatch or delivery updates despite chasing them up and sending numerous emails just trying to find out where my delivery was but only got a response to 1 email which was unhelpful at best. They have no number to actually speak with anyone so if your order takes a long time don't expect to resolve quickly. Stay well clear.

“Express” order took over 4 weeks to arrive. Despite emailing the company to complain about this poor service, the email was not acknowledged or replied to. There was no refund of the supplementary express fee paid. I will not be ordering again.

I paid them for 20kg if Nutriment wet raw dog food on 18th August, £88.00. After my chaser emails half of my order was delivered 2 weeks later. After another week has passed I am still waiting for the remainder of my order. All my emails (including a formal customer complaint addressed to their CEO) have been ignored. There is no telephone number so everything is by one way email which they ignore. This firm arrogantly ignores its customers and my advice is DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I shall be taking advice from my solicitor .

I still haven’t received my refund! The item took so long that I cancelled it and you agreed a refund which still hasn’t been put back into my account.

£50 worth of items never arrived, no contact from seller apart from 2 automated emails. Order made in July had to contact bank for refund

Ordered a dog bowl on 6th Aug still no sign of it a month later. Been in touch with them 3 times and still no sign of it. All they say is most be lost in the post !! If so why haven’t they sent me another one ? Only way to contact them is by email and they take ages to reply to them.

Still waiting for my delivery - you seem to believe I have received the order and despite notifying you Imy order has not arrived I am still waiting. You have however taken monies and have invited me to review my order - words fail me !!!

Have not received an order which I placed in May 2022. It is now September and after numerous emails saying it was despatched and I would receive soon, nothing has transpired. I then cancelled my order and they said they had issued a refund but still waiting. Like someone else has said, this company are crooks. They owe me almost £80 or the goods (dog bedding).

Good luck if you even get your items. Almost 3 weeks waiting. Emailed them twice and was told twice that they will dispatch and send tracking. No tracking number sent and still no items. Do NOT shop with them.
