“It has been a month now and the dog food has not been delivered. They never answer the phone and don't always answer emails. Very poor customer service. I wont be using them again.”

“I haven't received my order! It's been over a month - I've contacted customer services multiple times and am still unaware if a replacement order has been sent or what is going on. Was really excited to try out the various items I had purchased, but the experience has been very disappointing.”

“Placed order 1st June - meant to deliver no later than 7 June - nothing. Have chased, they don't answer their phone. Had a reply saying my order has shipped - when I asked for courier and tracking number... nothing! Will have to retrieve payment via the bank. Should be zero stars - and this website should be shut down, outright criminals. Take your money and then don't send an order. Should have checked reviews before.”

“Do NOT order. I paid and 2 weeks later no goods. They send the same email saying been dispatched but never answer back when you ask for a tracking number. Phone number never works. Im now trying to get through bank to get my £100 back. How is this company still going?? And not been shut down”
