Don't bother ordering. Placed an order and 2 weeks later still nothing. Contacted and they promised they'd send it. Still nothing. Wasn't a small order either over 100 pounds. Wouldn't recommend.

DO NOT order from this Company They had the cheek to send me an email today advertising dog coats! They have taken £34 from me already They do not send you any goods I’m surprised they are still allowed to trade Scum bags!!

Ordered and paid for 2 dogs beds. In November 2021. Its now February 2022 and still haven't received my order despite promises that it will be with me in a few days!!! Now they are just ignoring me. Avoid at all costs!!

Ordered items that they subsequently advised were out of stock. Cancelled the order and never refunded the money, no response to emails and PayPal said they couldn’t help. I have been waiting 3 months and am just thankful it was only £30 but won’t be using them again

In the same position as many people. Order not fulfilled, no decent email offering explanation on delayed order. Promised refund but not received. I am so pleased I paid with Paypal who are now on the case. I wish I'd read these damming reviews before I placed an order online with them. They really ought not to be able to get away with all this grief they are causing their customers (victims, more like). PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL READ BELOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE ADVISING THE SAME - PLEASE JUST FIND ANOTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR PET NEEDS. AS OTHERS SAID I ONLY GAVE 1 STAR AS THERE WAS NO OPTION TO GIVE NONE AT ALL.

If I could I would give no stars. I ordered a dog coat a month ago not arrived. 3 or 4 emails asking where it is every reply the same saying it’s been dispatched. No tracking available. Tried ringing a few times no one answering. I have asked for a refund twice my request has been ignored. Awful customer service they obviously just don’t care, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I won’t be giving up on my refund rest assured.

Same experience as many others here. Failed to deliver product ordered (and paid for), and then engaged in 6 months of delaying tactics and excuses to avoid paying a refund. They should be shut down.

Even one star is too generous for this company. Order never fulfilled. After one week I was told that shipping details will be shared with me shortly to then find out 5 days later, again by me chasing them that the products I ordered are out of stock. It seems that this company’s goal is to lure customers in purchasing products from their site despite being out of stock which they don’t tell you about it when making a purchase. The customer care service also very poor. Don’t bother call them or leave a voicemail as they won’t come back to you. Won’t be using this company ever again.

Ordered a soft crate back in May 2021. Item didn't arrive, so chased to find out it was out of stock. Asked for a refund, promised I would get a refund in 7-10 days. No refund. Emailed again. Issues with their payment system, No refund. Emailed again. promised a refund. Still NO REFUND!!. Emailed again. NO reply. Contacted credit card company. NOTDH had the nerve to dispute the claim. So I'm still waiting for my refund.

Wish I could give them 0 stars and it looks like I'm not alone. I placed an order on May 20th 2021. June 17th treats arrive but no dog crate (1st I'm told delays, then I'm told out of stock but they'll let me know when it will be back). Promises made, discounts offered or emails completely ignored. Sept 13th I finally cancel my order, refund due no later than 10 working days... still waiting. Basic theft!

These people have reduced me to tears today. I Spent over £150 on my order before reading these reviews, I thought I was doing good by supporting a smaller business but I’ve now realised they’re most likely leaving my dogs to go hungry! I placed an order 8 days ago and they’ve still not bothered to dispatch it! I Emailed after 6 days to explain that I only had 3 days dog food left and can’t get out to buy more but they sent a generic reply to say sorry for the delay, no explanation as to why I’m still waiting or how long I’ll be waiting…..there’s a place in hell reserved for thieves like these people! I’ve reported them to Clearpay and I will be taking this matter further if I’ve not got all my items or a full refund before November 5th!

Rubbish company over charged for delivery and been chasing refund for over 6 weeks put it in my pay pal twice and cancel think about it before ordering from this company as they don’t pay up

I wish I could have given no stars!! I ordered a dog coat on 18th June, despite numerous contacts with the company, they keep telling me it’s out of stock, I finally cancelled the order and asked for a refund, that was almost 8 weeks ago! Guess what? After being assured the money would be in my account 5-10 working days, it’s still not been refunded!! Dreadful company! I cannot afford to lose this money but I don’t know what else to do. Apart from notify the hundreds of dog friends I have!!!

I've honestly never dealt with a more unhelpful and unconstructive company. I had to chase my order multiple times, each time they gave no update, then less than 1/2 of it arrived so they finally agreed to give me a refund but I'm still waiting for it now, despite them telling me it'd be given in 5-10 working days. They took my money immediately and are still selling the items on their website despite telling me they're out of stock. Funny how there's no option to leave a review on their website!

Still not had refund since July. They are basically keeping my money with constant 'fob off' messages that refund is currently being arranged! DO NOT BUY. YOU WEILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!
