I ordered and didn't receive my order when l emailed them they said they would chase it up still nothing then promised a refund which l am still waiting for 3 weeks later

I placed an order on the 10th March and still waiting for it. I’ve tried contacting Not in the Dog House several times and still waiting for a response.

You only delivered 3boxes out of the 4. You do not answer my emails.So the service is terrible please sort this out.

Placed order on the 10/3/23 never recieved had to follow up with loads of messages eventually came when I was back at work at end of month had to arange for it to be picked up from my shed as it took so long to arrive

Very poor service will not be using again delivery still hasn't arrived they say there is a tracking number follow the link no tracking provided so not sure when i will receive my order Tried to speak to somebody but no answer sent an email just got an automated response Not happy

Ordered items two months ago was advised that order was out for delivery but never received it emailed company and they said they would resend it, I never received that either, tried to contact company again on several ocasions but did not respond by phone or email in the end had to rely on the credit card company to refund my payment, be warned!

Ordered 17th march still no goods and only one reply stating should receive tracking no but nothing and no reply to message left on answer phone.

Appalling customer service. With no answer to emails or Face Book Messages. Tried calling but the phone lines were not accepting calls. If you are unable to deal with customer queries employ more people or decrease the amount of items / stock you are selling until you are able to build the business up to cope.

I placed an order and had still not received it after 2 weeks of waiting. I contacted NITDG and asked for a full refund. They said I would receive it withing 5-7 days. Then 2 weeks later I had my order suddenly delivered even though I had asked for a full refund, and had still not received my refund. Obviously my order was no longer needed because I needed dog food so had gone elsewhere as this order had taken so long! Would NOT order from then again.

My order was placed on 17/3 and I have still not received it and no notification that delivery is delayed in any way
