DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY whilst initial service was ok I have been waiting for a refund since JUNE 2021 - apparently it has been processed, but it never arrives. Communication is appalling - never answer the phone, never return call on voicemail.

Placed order 16th June, did not deliver. Emailed told out of stock would be 10 days. Again no delivery! Told there was a delivery issue another 10 days! Gave up on the 16th August requested a refund. No refund yet 🙄. Seriously do not order from this company. Not In The Dog House? Definitely In the Dog House! Never again. My dogs would be totally without any treats if I had relied on their delivery timescale.

This is by far THE worst ecommerce business I have ever had the displeasure of buying from. They do not respond to any emails and delivered my food 1 week late when I was on holiday so it all went off as it was frozen food. They managed to respond to my bank when I told them to dispute the charge. DO not buy from this company. I only wish I had seen the reviews before I bought from them.

Avoid!! Wish I’d read reviews first. They took my order without having stock. I wasn’t notified of this so when I chased the order after the predicted delivery date was told it was out of stock & would be 10 days. After 10 days still no sign so I requested a refund & was told it had been processed. That was 23/07 it’s now 23/08 & still no refund. Chased again & told it’s been processed & should be with me ‘soon’ ridiculous will be reporting to TS.

placed order 7th may for dog coat did receive postage costs back but as of today still no coat have just put paypal on the case to try and sort as all my correspondence never getting answered now. fingers crossed i get my £22.79 refunded.

How I wish I had read all these reviews before ordering an item from this company. DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH THIS ORGANISATION. I have been awaiting a refund, which they promised in writing to honour, since 21 June. Despite many email contacts (interestingly, they don't supply a phone number on their website), I'm still awaiting my refund. I will be contacting Trading Standards.

Feel like a fool after reading these other reviews and seeing that I've been mugged too! I'm usually so careful and think I can spot a dodgy online company.. but no alarm bells were raised at the time that I placed my order. I've been waiting over 5 weeks for a travel crate for my new puppy... think I can kiss that goodbye.. and my money! Have just asked for a refund but will report it to my credit card company instead. Shocking that they're allowed to carry on trading!

Absolutely terrible company, only want your money but don’t expect anything in return, excuse after excuse. Cancelled order, must have wrote about 6 emails no refund come though and I guess reading all the reviews I can kiss that good buy. Normally I’m very good at reading reviews first but silly me stay away would not even give them one star don’t bother phoning they lift up receiver and put it back down. Shame on you “ Not in the dog house” No product and no refund 🤬 also theirs no opposition to say I never item or received a refund on the review site

Stay well clear. Read the reviews and do t risk it. Company lie and string you along take your money. Waiting for refund now for 7 months repeat promises and excuses. Worst company ever. Only contact method is via email they ignore all emails once they have your money and don’t send your item. Scum

Ordered a dog bed on 2nd July, delivery within 10 days. No bed!. When chased I has told out of stock and could be up to 30 days. I then saw the previous reviews, I cancelled and as to date have not yet received a refund. Will have to pursue through my bank. Wish I'd read the reviews first.

We have ordered items much needed for a holiday. We ordered it over 2 weeks ago. Despite numerous emails, calls and contact forms filled out we have had no communication - terrible customer service.

I placed an order on the 10th May, I repeatedly chased, I was lied to that the order was despatched. Eventually I got a partial delivery 2nd June. This order was defrosted, split open and a mess. I have had to legally claim a partial refund on the goods not supplied and now on the 26th July am still trying to claim a refund for the messed goods.

So wish I had read the reviews. Soon as I did I cancelled and ASK for a refund. They answered saying already despatched. Ofcourse nothing has come and they are now ignoring emails. I have raised with my credit card. BE WARNED DON'T ORDER.

I received my dogs harness ok but have been waiting for the matching leads since 26th march, keep being told delay in order, now asked for refund and heard nothing and no refund

Same issue as everyone else here. Sold a product that wasn’t in stock, they don’t answer their phone, take 2-3 days to reply to emails to then say it “might” be back in stock in 7-10 days. Definitely something dodgy about this company. I’ve had to wait 15 days now to be able to report this to the debit card team at Lloyd’s. Don’t know if/when I’ll get my money back. Pretty disgraceful.

Same as everyone else on here. Placed an order on 11/6/21 still no goods. Continuously tried emailing, keep getting the same email back saying not in stock yet all the products are in stock online!

They are the bad people who do not care about anyone they also took my money and I had no goods I also trued to ring them what a supprise no answer I’m just angry with myself for fall into there trap had I have read the reviews I would never have placed an order I’d like to put them in the dog house
