“If I could give 0 stars I would... terrible business. Order was never dispatched... 6 weeks before I got a refund. Terrible service AVOID! Bank refunded me not (not in the dog house) save your money go elsewhere”

“Three weeks since ordering and have not received any of my order. I have tried calling and never get an answer, just an automated message saying no one to take the call. I have had message saying order despatched but no tracking details. Will be contacting my bank for a refund. Avoid at all costs”

“Told the item was on its way - when checking the tracking page I was sent to a link but that link wanted access to my contacts which is a no more- the item didn't arrive - I got back to them and they said a replacement was on its way - that never came - and again today they said they'll send a replacement ... ordered 5th May - now the 26th - nothing - order at your own peril.I wouldn't trust this site in any way shape or form”

“Ordered from these over a week ago got no email confirmation they took the money from my account & still no sign of any delivery, tried to ring goes to answer phone, sent them a message twice & they sent back its been dispatched but still nothing, do not buy from these.”

“Placed an order and waited 3 weeks and emailed the company on 2 occasions asking where is my order in a polite manner and both occasions were promised they would sped up the delivery and still nothing just empty promises so asked for a refund.”

“This company isnt fit to trade ive ordered frozen dog food and the thick idots have put frozen food in a nornal parcel bag in a box which arrived 29 hours later all thawed and if they dont know that yiu cant refrezze thawed raw dog food absolutely stupid and they dont respond back so ive called my back and ill do a charge back and informed trading standards and ill deal with theses the proper channel as there not fit to trade”
