I contacted them again who assured me on that day it had been dispatched so I claimed the money back through my bank, I didn’t receive the items which I do not want, as I replaced them using a more reputable and reliable company, I have since been asking for a returns label to return the items to them, but as yet they have not responded that was well over a week ago.

was not happy as there was know customer service the phone i rang 18 times i got the same answer this phone is not taking calls or something i dont think there is a customer service as if i got my order with in the time i was told i would of got it i would of spent pounds and pounds with them if only they were to change there ways towatds picking up the phone how hard is it the emails i sent the returns i got was word to word the same we will get back but it din work its a shame as the food is dam good they need to do more home work on customer service with picking up the phone and emailing proper, Take care Regards Dave

I have not received my order. Very poor customer service. No one answers the phone and when you leave a message no one returns you call. Have sent numerous emails but have only received an automated response. Terrible do not order from this company.

Ordered dog food in December,stated it was dispatched, then confirmed it was not!!
Can't speak to anyone as always on answerphone,no one returns phone calls,stated refund made,still awaiting refund despite assurances it had had been made!!

I recieved the harness on time but to small so I emailed on how to exchange got nothing back, so got returns address on website I sent parcel to returns with note on invoice. I've emailed twice after I sent it and no reply plus it's been 5weeks now and nothing

Good prices and website, shocking customer service. Order was late so I cancelled it and they agreed to refund the money then 2 weeks later the order turns up. Have asked for a returns label or confirmation that they will refund the postage and now they are ignoring me. Very poor customer service
