Very Disappointing Customer Service! Ordered 3X15kg bags of dry dog food and only received 2 bags. Sent numerous messages to Will and Amy at Not In The Dog House requesting a Resolution or Refund but they are not responding to my messages; over 1 month has passed! I do not recommend using Not In The Dog House!

"Not In The Dog House" keeps sending me emails asking for reviews and I keep replying stating the service is terrible and I am still waiting on the 1kg of venison sticks I ordered. To datehave had no contact from them or has my order been fulfilled.
There is no contact number to call so everything is done by email which is getting me nowwhere.
Please just send me my o/s part order and we can then move on.

I returned item due to incorrect size being sent. I have received no acknowledgment that my return and refund has been processed even though it was shown to be delivered by Rotal Mail on 18/10/23.
I wanted to support a small business but the customer service is poor.

The service was absolutely fine but we ordered Skinners dry dog food which arrived with only about three weeks left before it expired! I didn’t realise until I’d opened it which is why I didn’t bother returning it but not sure my 14 week old puppy will get through it all before it goes out of date!

I contacted your customer service several times after receiving my order after 3weeks which was partially missing. You never posted my the shampoo I ordered and you sent me small dog warmer tablet instead of medium. It’s a bad customer service experience in my experience. There is no phone number on your website.
