Wow! What can I say first time I've used this website last time. I love you use it, I wanted a new dog collar for my dog and a lead to match goods never turned up. Spent nearly £50. No indication of when it was going to arrive. Eventually they said they'll give a refund. However I'm still to receive it.

Oh dear. Bought goods worth around £100 over a month ago. Only received one item. 3 or 4 still outstanding. One nice coat though.

Appalling customer service, despite numerous emails, long periods of silence, no confirmation of delivery status, no telephone number available to facilitate dialogue with supplier, order cancelled weeks ago, no refund processed.

Extremely poor customer service, we requested and granted our order to be cancelled, and a full refund promised, however after a lengthy wait our order suddenly arrived, the contact telephone number is none exciting, all you get is a automated reply.

Do NOT buy from this company. They do not send your order and then when you ask for a refund they do not process the refund.

My order took forever to arrive - eventually I ran out of patients and asked for it to be cancelled and for my money to be refunded. I received an email from Tom who said the money would be back in my account in 5-10 working days and that my order (Order #110512) had been cancelled. Two days later my order turned up ?!? And unsurprisingly I still haven’t had my refund….. Shambles Never again !!!

Order took much longer to arrive than indicated at point of purchase. I had to chase em several times. One of my emails to cUstomer services received no reply at all. No email notifications on tracking of order/dispatch etc. Awful purchasing experience

I purchased and paid for coats for my dogs on the 30th October. Delivery 5-7 days and I still have not received. I have constantly called and emailed asking where my items are and then also to cancel my order as they have still not received and I now want to purchase from Amazon where I can get bext day. Nobody has got back to me and I am going to have to contact my bank to see if they can get my money back for me. Can’t even answer the rest of the questions as I still have no delivery and no contact with anyone! AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!!

From very slow delivery. When it did arrive one of the items was faulty. It was the worst online shopping I have ever done.

After two weeks I haven't received my goods yet, so can't say much about them. Nor do I know when they are likely to arrive as my last emails have gone unanswered.

'Not In The Dog House' staff did not respond in a proper way to resolve the complaint I had with them sending the wrong product. They should not have asked me to pay for return postage when it was their fault.

Avoid this company!!! I placed my order, expecting delivery in 5-7 days - nothing! Have contacted them via email, FB, their website chat and phone. Everything is a robot. All replies are standard robot replies stating that the order has been despatched but no tracking details etc. I am now contacting my credit card company to start a reclaim action for my money.

my dog food came over a month later, and only one flavour came instead of a mixed box that i ordered i didnt think it was going to come at one point,but i wont order from not in the dog house again.

Promised a refund and told it had been paid on numerous occasions and even after small claims court resulting in a CCJ they are still yet to refund us for our faulty goods! Avoid this company at all costs

Absolutely shambolic. It took 20 days for my order to arrive instead of the two scheduled. After sending several emails to chase it up, I received a series of conflicting replies. Then, having requested a full refund and being told it would be issued to my bank in 5-10 days, I received yet another email telling me my order was on its way and it was delivered 6 days later.
