No sow of delivery and no assistance from Customer Support who said they would send a replacement but now gone quiet and none-responsive.

They said the package shipped. But, no tracking number was provided, no non machine reply was sent and most importantly, you would never receive your package.

I complained that part of my order was missing and that the dog food I ordered had defrosted….two weeks I am still waiting to receive the rest of the order.

Frozen order inadequately packaged and transported. Partly defrosted on arrival. Request to cancel order due to shipping time totally ignored. Ordered 27/7/22. Good delivered 9/8/22.

I still have not received my order. I placed the order on 2nd August. There is a telephone number to ring but I have never been able to get through to anyone.

3 weeks ago I placed an order that I have never received, about 7 days ago I wrote an email to the store and asked for a refund, which I have not received yet! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

Very sorry to say that my experience of this company has been terrible from start to finish. In short: order placed in July, several weeks later it still wasn't delivered, they said they couldn't fulfill the order so I cancelled delivery and refund was promised within 5-10 working days. No refund received, many messages later (no reply, no acknowledgement, no apologies, nothing) and still no refund and it's now the middle of September. All I want is my money back that Not In The Dog House have had since July. They clearly couldn't fulfill my order from the start so why not just tell me?! I'm still having no replies to my messages and still have had no refund.

I ordered from you on 3 August I am still waiting 10/9/22 as yet still no goods and still no tracking has been received now 05/10/22 still no goods and they keep saying that they have despatched them it's a con trying to get my money back through credit card

11 days Now and still NO sign of my order ? ? ? I'm sure my cats would love to know what's happened to Their chicken hearts I have emailed and you have answered saying you would chase up my order I now have to open a dispute with my bank Very Disappointed It's My first order and I have 15 cats so you can only imagine how much food I would have had from you in the future I will Make sure to tell My cat show friends not to bother!

Never received my order, numerous emails chasing this up with little response. Only received a refund after opening a dispute through Clearpay. Terrible service all round, never again!
