Never received order sadly. The company failed to provide tracking, twice & every time I emailed they said they'd sent out the order again. Currently waiting for a refund. Its a shame because I really wanted the products.

Ordered an item nearly a month ago, still hasn't arrived. Tried calling the company, but they don't answer their telephones, all you get an American sounding recorded message about leaving a message. I'm beginning to think that I've wasted £47. Won't be using them again. Not in the dog house are "in the dog house" with me I'm afraid. I've had to go and buy food otherwise my dog would have starved to death waiting for this shabby lot.

Poor service, didn’t dispatch the item until I contacted them, however they then said it was dispatched but no tracking provided! Item never arrived and still waiting for my refund! Absolutely shocking company to deal with!

Why are you asking me to write a review when I still haven’t received my item after 3 weeks of chasing and sending emails to which no one replies! I don’t believe it has even been sent I was told the 23rd that it had gone to the warehouse and nothing since! What ever you do , do not order from here. Wish I had seen the reviews before doing so. Terrible customer service and company !!

Order never arrived (2x Hunter waste bag holders) and customers services failed to resolve the issue or provide a satisfactory response. After such a bad experience, I won’t be shopping with Not in the doghouse again - they are now forever in the dog house. Buyer beware.

Been waiting 3 weeks now for 4 packets of Lily's Kitchen bedtime biscuits. They have obviously got lost and after querying this with customer services they promised to chase them up but I'm still waiting. I've had to order them from Pets at Home, they arrived the next day!!! Sorry won't be ordering from Not in the Dog House again.

Order never arrived. Tried to contact company by email,got 1 response saying it was on its way although I had no tracking number to confirm this.Emailed again few days later no response to email,tried ringing left a message no reply to call.Still a month on no contact from company nor has my order been delivered. 1 hungry dog waiting for her food!

Took more than 2 weeks to received my order, and actually I had to cancel it as I was in need of food for my dog, so had to loose time and go shop in shop to see where could I find this brand, as my normal supplier was run out, and my dog as too many food allergies, so loads of inconvenience and stress And worst is the refund will take 10 days, really disappointed ! No clear communication!

Best advice I can give you is don’t use them waiting 2 weeks for 85 pound’s worth of dog food. I could have walked to the supermarket backwards 10 miles away and got the dogs food faster. Unless they improve they’re destined to fail.

I placed an order on 11/4/23 and DID receive my order HOWEVER I had to message to chase on the 17/4/23 and received a response from Amy on the 18/4 with the same message she has sent to everyone else. On the 20/4 I had an email to say it was on it's way and I would receive a tracking number from the couriers but the order had arrived on 19/4! Everything I had ordered delivered by APC Network. I then received another text on 24/4 saying my order was out for delivery and received another bag (smaller than what I had ordered). I wonder if this company has gone bust? I told a work colleague of mine about the company as the food was quite a lot cheaper through this company, she placed an order just after me and is STILL waiting for a delivery (5 weeks later)!! She has requested a refund and still hasn't got this!

incorrect item delivered and requested a refund/new product but still waiting after 10 weeks and no contact with the supplier. Zendesk do not reply to emails. facebook so no way to get a response. On Friday this week I sent off a letter directly to the company as the telephone number given on the Facebook page is unobtainable. All in all rubbish with no means to resolve any issues

Ordered 3rd May. Still not received. Had one email apologising that there was a delay, then nothing more. I’ve emailed 4 times in the last 2 weeks and am now being ghosted. Have tried to phone but can only leave a message and no one has got back to me. Feel totally ripped off. Would not recommend and am going to pursue a refund through credit card. DO NOT USE

Placed an order on 15th May for Wellness Core dog food. On 22nd Not in the Dog House contacted me apologising for the delay stating my order would be with me shortly. It is 1st June and as the order isn't delivered I have cancelled it and had to purchase the food from elsewhere as I've run out. I am now told I have to wait 5/10 days for a refund. Just don't understand why a company takes your money for a product they can't provide. Will never order from this company again!

Absolutely appalling customer service. No product delivered. No answer to phone calls, no replies to voice messages left. Avoid this company at all costs. You'll be ripped off.

3 weeks and still no sign of the product I ordered arriving despite contacting the company directly. Initial contact was ignored after over a week of the item still being processed. Over 10 days have now passed since the first complaint finally moved my order from processing to dispatched yet still nothing has arrived. Would definitely not use again.
