“Hopeless would never order again…. Beware! Never received the product !!! Tried calling many times but no one available !! After leaving many messages and sending numerous emails ended up cancelling order! Not received refund as yet!”

“I did eventually get my order but it was a month late and when it arrived was half defrosted. I do also feel like I was lied to when I asked where my order was as they stated it had been dispatched but it wasn’t until a few weeks later that I received tracking information. Wont be ordering from here again.”

“You have actually got to be kidding me that I get a request from you to review your service for my recent order. I have not received the goods, no tracking no shipping info. I then cancel my order only then to receive another automated email to say my order will be with me soon. I then ask for proof of my refund only once again to get an automates reply. I want my refund ASAP!!! Do not shop with risk company....its a total disaster!!!”
