You are in the dog house! I ordered a coat for my puppy and still waiting for it to arrive. I have had to buy another coat elsewhere so my puppy can go out. Very disappointing!!

Never received product, haven’t even had a tracking or shipment out for delivery. When contacted said would send asap, and haven’t!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Spent £22 on treats on 18th February and have still not received them nearly a month later. I got an email saying the order had left the warehouse and that they’d send a tracking number. Products still haven’t been received and no tracking number sent. I’ve emailed and had no response. When you ring the message simply says ‘there is no one available to speak to you’, yet I’m receiving emails asking for reviews on products they’re claiming to have sent. Saying they fulfilled my order 14 days ago and can I review the products. If I’d actually received them maybe I would.

Three weeks and I still have not received my dog food are you taking the mickey asking for a review. I’d like my money back. I’ve had too buy it from somewhere else.

I am a new customer, but I am very disappointed I ordered from you on 3rd March and 10 days later I am still waiting for my dog food. I haven't even received notification from your couriers that they have my order.

I have not yet received my order, despite being told it had been actioned on 7th March. I emailed yesterday to say I had not received a tracking number nor email from delivery company, despite the Shop App telling me it has been shipped! Somebody emailed back yesterday to say they would chase it up, but as of today ay 3.40pm, not heard anything. Not happy

I ordered dog food on 15 Feb. As I had not had delivery after several weeks, I could not wait any longer and cancelled the order, requesting a refund. As of today, 14 March, I have not had a refund. Unless a refund is made shortly, I will be raising a dispute with my credit card company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! ....When my order did not arrive i got in contact with them, after 2 months they sent an automated message offering to send the item again. I did not want the item anymore as it took so long for a response, i had to buy elsewhere. I sent emails and left messages which they did not reply too. The only message i got was an automatic email repeating what they had previously sent. I AM STILL WAITING!
