Avoid at all costs. My order was not fulfilled. I emailed to chase it up, was told it would be sent, then all further emails were ignored. Like many other customers, I was ignored until I threatened to resort to trading standards. I have been told a refund will now be issued but this has not happened yet. Really awful company.

Order placed beginning of August, no tracking received no goods delivered, emails not replied to. Receiving emails asking for reviews of goods as delivered BUT NOTHING DELIVERED. The 1.5 rating tells a v sad story - either this business is not fit for purpose or it's customer service is poor. I'm collating my evidence to send to Action on Fraud.

I was sent an incorrect food products (different protein which my dog is allergic to so cannot use). One week and two emails later, I have not had a response as to how this will be resolved.. Lack of a published phone number means there is no way to follow up with a company that does not reply to emails in a timely manner.

Do not use this company they said they had despatched product but no tracking info. Did not turn up. Did eventually get a refund.

I purchased items and have only received half of my order, I have emailed to be informed my order is on its way ! It obviously is not as I believe that half got lost. I’m completely unhappy and will not recommend using this company again.

Extremely poor. They never return emails items did not arrive will need to talk to the bank to get it reverse charged or talk to trading standards. AVOID.

it tooks weeks to receive my purchase with little communication as to why - I also joined the loyalty scheme but didnt get my discount and emailed twice which fell on deaf ears. Which is a shame as I was tempted to buy more from them but after this experience why would i?

The dog food I ordered took 6 weeks to arrive!! I chased it up with numerous emails. In the end I wasn't expecting to receive it, but at last it did come. Would not order through them again.

I think it has been very poor as only got half my order, had emails saying there had been a mess-up with the order but have not heard anymore you have had my money for the order but still have not got it I have had to pay out more money for replacement food so if you could refund the money to me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY. I ordered dog food and treats in July. They processed my payment of £140 immediately. No goods have ever been received. Excuses, most emails ignored, eventually email confirmation they have refunded, but no refund ever received. They've had my money since July. It's now September. They are still 'trading' - or at least taking innocent customers' money. From my experience they are no more than common thieves.

Still haven't got the delivery after several weeks and no response from you for ages. An absolute disgrace and rip off. No message from courier as you said there would be. What went wrong beyond the fact that I ordered from you. PLEASE REPLY.

Ordered a dog bed, it never arrived even after constant emails with only one reply. After a month of trying to get a reply I ended up asking for a refund. This has been promised 🤞
