“Ordered. Two weeks later no food. Was sending emails. Same nonsense response from “amy” skirting and generic to questions. No refund had to go through bank. X”

“If only zero star rating option was available! I really wish I'd checked trust pilot first. Same bull as the other reviews. Warehouse forgot to send, delivery lost in transit and will resend, no tracking number ever issued. Lighter bank balance and a hungry dog! DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS.”

“I wouldn’t trust them at all. Despite giving them numerous opportunities to put my order right since I place it at the beggining of June, I never received either the order or a refund. Their customer service is non-existent (mainly auto reply). No landline telephone (that actually is covered by an human). Open ended promises with no action. Frustrating and disappointing to say the least.”

“I encourage all pet owners to not buy any products from here. They lie to say that your order has been dispatched when it hasn't. I have been waiting nearly a month for my order to be delivered and I will be reporting them to trading standards. Please do not use this website.”

“Awful awful awful. Lied in emails to say order dispatched. Never given any tracking info and seems like this is the standard service received by others. Had to get back to refund me as was getting nowhere with Not In The Dog House. Avoid these people!”

“Shame I can't give Zero stars - so far it's been a bad experience. Ordered a dog bed 16 days ago and so far 'Amy' has replied with the exact same responses so obviously AI not human! I have now contacted my bank to recoup the monies. Nothing received and no tracking information sent despite Amy saying she could see the order had been dispatched and tracking information will follow shortly. Wish I'd googled them to read reviews before ordering. Awful service. Not a way to run a 'family' company as their website claims. let's see if they respond to my cancelling the order and the threat of bank action!! You can't even speak to anyone, it's just email and that seems to be automated.”

“If I could give - 5, I would have. This is a dreadful company. I ordered goods and paid for them on 5th June. By 31st August I had only promises of deliveries from them but no actual deliveries. When I asked for a full refund they failed to give one, and even stopped replying to my email requests. There is no phone number so you can't ring them to find out what's going on. Avoid them like the plague!”

“Complete nightmare. Ordered and paid in March. Nothing. Alerted but still nothing. Complained and eventually after threat of shut down and court case offered refund. After 10 days nothing even after using Resolver. Going to court. Don’t touch them they are a shambles”
