“Almost a month to get my order, only automated and false emails and unable to speak to anyone at the company. This company has no customer after-sales service and they treat customers as idiots. I will never purchase anything from this company again.”

“They have not even delivered my purchases. Nor have they given me a refund. Absolute conmen. I ordered on 13th April. I have now reported them. I wish I'd read reviews before trying to buy from them. I am totally disgusted with them. I would not recommend them at all”

“Awful communication, 2 weeks waiting for 3 bags of dog food with no updates. No offer of a partial refund, no offer to investigate further. I have had to source dog food elsewhere for now. Very disappointing.”

“It took 4 weeks to deliver my order. When I enquired about the order it was always the same reply 'it's been dispatched'. I asked for a refund by week 3 and was told it would be processed, the order then turned up the following week.”

“I placed my order a month ago and have STILL not received it. I was sent an email a week ago to say that the order had been despatched and that the delivery company would be in touch. No one is answering my emails and I cannot get through on the 'phone. Appalling service and will never use again”

“I am surprised that I was asked for a review! The experience was dreadful. It took weeks to get the delivery. The phone is never answered. If you send an email, and you manage to get a reply. Your questions aren’t acknowledged. When the order finally arrived, every single Tin of dog food was dented, some to the extent it was unusable. All the Bonio biscuits were broken. Which leads me to believe they are buying in damaged or rendered stock. I would never buy from this company again.”
