“Order didn't arrive and seemed to be with courier for a week, and so cancelled it and now waiting for a refund. Looking at other reviews not clear if I will receive it or not. I will go to my bank if it doesn't and let them deal with it.”

“Very disappointing as I’ve been asked for a review when I’m still waiting for my order, over 2 weeks after ordering it! Would not recommend and not use again. Am now waiting on a response to my email asking where my order is or requesting a refund”

“I can't review the product as it hasn't arrived. Waited over two weeks and still no delivery information. It was only a sack of dog food, nothing special, but I had to buy another sack from elsewhere or the dog would have died of hunger. Not sure if it will ever turn up to be honest”

“I didn’t get my order despite numerous messages with both apologies for it being late to telling me it had been sent and eventually two weeks or so later agreeing to refund due to not being able to fulfil my order. I had explained the urgency of my order to as I am weaning puppies and was still told it was being dispatched.”

“Not received order after 2 weeks . After chasing I get lies that it’s been despatched when it hasn’t . I get a ready for despatch email one week later still not order and courier not advised of delivery … still waiting !!! .”
