“I have NOT received my order! yet I am asked to leave a review. They do not answer their phones nor call customers back after being requested to leave your contact details. I will have contact my bank to get organise a refund. Extremely bad experience and will never ever use.”

“One month today 10th April 2023 since I placed my order £23 …Still not received it. They don’t return your call, or answer your emails…They also blocked me on Facebook, for complaining… WORST company ever AVOID line the plague”

“# order no 124176 I placed the above order in late March and as of today May 10th, have yet to receive it. When I complained about it, I got an email 2 weeks ago stating it has been dispatched and a tracking number will be forwarded. Nothing came!!! Not even an apology! This will be my first and last order. Refund my money Jit Furrah”

“Considering I am still waiting for either my goods or a refund over a month after I should've had my goods And considering you have stopped responding to my many emails, I'd say one star is more than you deserve. I have informed my bank and they will be investigating via a chargeback chain I have made. As for your questions below, the response is - Impossible and ongoing!”

“Utterly useless company... 7 weeks after placing my order it is finally refunded. Only responses to my multiple emails was 2 copy and paste emails saying that the order had been dispatched. Queried this weekly and got no further contact. Eventually had to raise the issue with my credit card to start the refund process due to no contact from you. Really needed the items and so disappointed at the worst experience I have ever had and no order to show for it at the end! Disgusted with your appalling customer service!”
