“I never write reviews, but in this case I just had to. Absolute dreadful experience with this company. I placed an order on the 17th March and I'm still waiting on my order. I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order as then I definitely would not have ordered from them. All the negative reviews are true. I would stay clear of this company.”

“ordered 2 bags of dog food of the 16th of April, still not arrived on the 3rd of May! Have emailed and was told to track through an app SHOP. Download the app but no tracking info supplied!! Emailed again but no reply, then they asked me to review!!! They didn't even let me know when j could expect it. Had to buy more dog food so this month I had double the expense. Will not be ordering again.”

“are you having a laugh. we paid you £50.47. on the15/4/23. despite e mailing you more than once. and several phone calls to your rubbish automated service nothing. now you have the cheek to ask how we liked the product. we have never recieved it. thanks for ripping me off. don't you know people are finding it hard as it is. i should have looked at trust pilot first. ( hope you feel good) as for how quick did you reply you did'nt.”

“Been waiting for over a month for the dog food to arrive. No responses through e-mail and phoning is met with an automated response every time. I am now having to go through Pay Pal to recover the money I have wasted on making a purchase from Not in The Dog House. I do NOT recommend”
