“Ordered items on 30/1/23 was advised via email a few days later of a delay. I had heard nothing by 16/02 so chased via email . An email received by return said items should be despatched shortly and notification would be sent. As if today 23/02 items still have not been received. Chased via email and phone, no response to either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“Took my order and payment. Didn't have what ordered in stock. I asked for my order to be cancelled after 2 weeks. Still waiting for my refund. Definitely will never use this company again.”

“Been over 4 weeks and I have not received it, been told delivery info will be sent but my emails are being ignored when I chase. I just want a refund now but again; I’m ignored. I am sad to be leaving a negative review but when you get no replies what are you supposed to do.”

“Ordered 14th Jan stated delivery will be despatched. After numerous emails to the company, nothing was sent! 17th Feb I've decided to take this company to Trading Standards they have stated that my money will be refunded, still waiting! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”

“Ordered two weeks ago…contacted customer support to chase it up after nothing was processed and while it says it has been posted 7 days ago after speaking with CS, it still has not arrived nor have I received any tracking. Pretty gutted for my dogs more than anything as they love these treats!”

“WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMPANY! Order placed on 21/01/23. Chased for update on 06/02/23, where I was told it had been dispatched (no tracking details received). Chased again on 15/02/23 as no more communication or tracking info had been provided), received no actual reply from the "store", but generic email received saying "Your order has gone to the warehouse and is on the way". That was 15/02, it is now 23/02. I've received no order, no tracking and no further communication from the Company. My review - save your money and shop elsewhere”

“Ordered dog food 6 weeks ago. Chased up by email after 2 weeks to be told by Tom it had been dispatched. I then get another email saying my order was out of stock!! I’ve asked for a full refund & was told the money would be in my account within 5-10 working days.. 15 days later still waiting & now my emails aren’t being replied to!! Really disgusted with the lack of service”

“I ordered dog food it was late and then you said you could not fulfill order and would issue a refund, I chased my refund many times but was totally ignored. So I went to my bank explained what had happened and they refunded me. Several weeks later I receive email saying dog food was on the way I emailed and said please don’t deliver as bank had refunded me when you wouldn’t, unbelievably it still turned up and sits in my house waiting for you to pickup. Hard to believe but that is the short version incredibly bad service.”

“I note from the many reviews regarding this company that this seems out of character, however, my experience of them is just appalling. I am so angry with the lack of goods, lack of service and now I'm being totally ghosted. I ordered and paid for 2 x bags of dog food, totalling £48.15 on the 26th January, I am still waiting for delivery as at 13th March. I have repeatedly emailed asking for an update which initially I received a reply simply saying 1) they could seem my order had been dispatched and I should get delivery info shortly....nothing came, then 2) they would re-dispatch the order. No apology for the delay, nothing. A month later still no delivery and now they are ignoring my emails. All I want is my order or now, simply, my money back. I find the lack of customer service awful, no replies to emails and no one EVER answers the phone. I would strongly suggest you avoid this company.”
