I have yet to receive the order. It was ordered on the 11th November. Finally resent it again 2 weeks ago but still not yet received.

Ordered in November, Item was then out of Stock, although could still order online. Recieved an update to say item would be shipped when back in stock. Numerous emails to company and no updates. suggested several times to ship an alternative product, still no response, Item finally delivered the 2nd week of January.

Was told parcel despatched, didn't arrive, left numerous calls on answer phone - no reply. Numerous emails, occasional one answered.After waiting nearly 3 weeks Was promised on December 23rd a refund as failed to deliver.Started chasing this up beginning of January, no answer received. 14th January this parcel of dog food arrived, squashed into a small box, biscuits like powder. Tried contacting on phone and emails, but no reply Terrible company

Contacted customer services multiple times - phone lines off. Promised a refund that was never given. Had to claim via credit card which they are now disputing. Unbelievable

Waiting and waiting for my dogs food order. When I requested a cancellation and payment returned, ooh, I received an email informing that my order was on its way.

Made and paid for dog food order at the tail end of 2022. Received an email stating the order had gone to the warehouse on 4 January and I'd be sent a tracking number from their courier when the order was collected. I've not received contact from a courier since or any delivery. I've tried communicating with the company to ask if the order has been dispatched, if so - when and who's the courier? Last response I had was on 14 Jan just stated "if you haven't received your tracking information yet, this should be with you shortly."

Still not received dog beds order on the 4th December. Not able to contact by phone sent several email and been told they have been sent and then that they would send replacements. Have now take action with my Credit Card supplier and trying to get a refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Order placed 27th December still no goods received. Communication rubbish, no telephone number, be careful.

I have not received my order, no tracking details and no one has replied to my emails, Facebook messages, or made any attempt to communicate for weeks. I have checked and the products still show as in stock. I would request a refund, but what's the point as no one is responding to me. Will leave it a couple more days before contacting my bank.

Do not ever order from this company. we ordered dog food for nearly ÂŁ100 on the 14th of December and have still not received it. They keep putting us of, telling us that the order has been processed and we will get a tracking number "soon". Nothing. It is appalling!

Order not received, multiple times requested updates as these were Christmas presents, which as at 17th January still not received. I have requested a full refund, but no response to my email as of yet.

We ordered our puppies food on the 24/12/2022, today is the 17/01/2023 and we still have not received it. We bought a large bag and this was due to last as a long period of time. However, since we have not yet received it, we have to continuously go to pets at home to buy small bags of food. It's unacceptable!

Still waiting for this item to be delivered which I ordered well in time for Christmas. It is now 17 Jan and poor doggy still has no coat. I have asked for a refund but had no reply.

Ordered on 26/12/22 and now 17/01/23 and no order and still no order. No communication after initially lying that it had been dispatched. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Don’t buy from this company!!!
