“Still waiting two weeks later for my delivery. They keep saying it’s despatched. It’s raw frozen food. Hate to think of the condition it will be in. AVOID these clowns.”

“This supplier was unable to meet my order so after 2 weeks of waiting without communication I cancelled my order but have still not been refunded. Do not use this supplier.”

“No information about delivery or dispatch. Only when I emailed asking what happened did I then suddenly get information about dispatch. No apologies or anything. Would not use again; takes too long to dispatch and you use evri for delivery”

“Stay away, ordered food in plenty of time, order accepted and money taken, several e,ails saying my order had been dispatched and tracking would follow, no tracking details and several emails chasing as was running out of food, to be told my order was delayed! So had to source food elsewhere to avoid running out and am still waiting for refund!”

“Ordered and was let down for over 4 weeks, cancelled the order and was told that I would receive a refund in 5 days, never received the refund and the food was finally delivered, after being cancelled and me ordering elsewhere, safe to say that I won’t be using them again.”

“I ordered 4 x 2kg Harrington Salmon and sweet potato dog food. Ireceived 3x2kg of salmon and potato You took the money from my bank account for 4x2. Please advise Sandra Buckley I am extremely disappointed I have also emailed this complaint to you before and it has not been acknowledged.”
