“Order of dog food took so long to arrive that I had to cancel it. The order then arrived out of the blue about a month after I had cancelled, in which time I had moved my dog into another more readily available food. I had to bin the Not In The Dog House order”

“12 months ago I purchased a dog collar that was not as described. I returned the item but did not receive a refund. I have been chasing this now for 12 months, I have even agreed to have a different collar as a replacement. I have not received anything.”

“I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering the Dog bed. The cost was £50 and I still have not received the item which was ordered 4 weeks ago. Also they are no longer replying to emails. I will take this further”

“Ordered a dog bed on 29th May. No telephone number so emailed several times to chase. Received replies saying that it was dispatched but never received and they are now not replying. DO NOT USE.”

“Paid £85.50 for a dog bed for my labrador in April. It did not materialise so cancelled on 27/04/22. It is now 14/06/22 and I still haven't received my refund. I am a partially sighted lady in my eighties and I don't think that the owner of this company has any intention of refunding my money.”

“Ordered a dog crate not been delivered and tried to email the owner Will. He said it was dispatched but I asked him who was delivering it. Had no reply and looked on trustpilot to find lots more people had the same issue. Would not use this company again asked for a refund and yet no reply. STAY AWAY!!!! There is no phone number either to get in touch”

“I made my order in February and had trouble from the start with delayed postage due to a so called family emergency. Then I had half of my order sent 3-4 weeks later with the promise of sending the rest when in stock. 4 months from ordering and countless emails, I've given up on receiving my goods. I've lost over £70 but learnt a valuable lesson.....always check reviews on companies i haven't in the past..... AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE”

“If I could give this shop zero stars I would. They claim they sent the order to me twice. I never received it. Then they promised me a refund - a month later it still hadn’t arrived. Customer service here is diabolical. I will never buy anything from this shop again! How can you send out TWO orders that both go missing? More likely they lied about sending out the second order just as they lied about sending me a refund. AVOID!!!”

“Ordered a dog coat and returned it as sadly my dog passed away before they got to use it. Was told I’d get a refund over a year ago and am still waiting. The coat was £35 ish so not an insignificant cost.”
