Just don't do it Just don't do it: No personal communication and they state that your order is being taken but there is no tracking information provided. They claimed Royal Mail 2nd Class post and the it took two weeks for the food to arrive. I'll never use them again

Had to wait 3 weeks for the dog food which is unacceptable as I ended up running out completely so had to go & buy some elsewhere inbetween. I couldn’t get through on the phones so left a message & nobody returned my call.

Very poor service, ordered dog food a week ago no sign of being shipped so contacted via email to be told it will be shipped asap, day later still no sign of shipping emailed again. Now been told order cannot be fulfilled, obviously they don’t care about how we will feed the dogs. Now left to try and find specific brand from another company, out of pocket and still trying to get a refund but having no response from emails

Ordered 25 days ago and still waiting. Tracking systems rubbish as no tracking number, probably because no order been or being sent out. Twice requested refund! If no refund will take as far as I need for my money back!!

Don't even bother ordering from this company. Delayed delivery so I asked for a refund, still waiting after 1 month for this to be refunded. The owner Will comes across as kind amd helpful but completely ignores you when you want your money back.

I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Still waiting on one order coming that was ordered on the 8th January. They lied about it being dispatched and gave clearpay the tracking number from a second order I had placed a few days after the first. My order finally "went to the warehouse" and has been sat there supposedly for three days waiting to be picked up. Horrendous customer service

My order still hasn’t arrived. order was placed 21 days ago. Feedback from the company states it has been shipped but they cannot provide me with a tracking number so I don’t know if I’ll ever receive my order. They do not respond to refund requests. Highly unprofessional and I will never order another product from this group.

Terrible company will not be purchasing from them again. Placed order over 3 weeks ago now still not received, tried called ridiculous American answer phone message, left message to cancel order, still nothing, now received email to review company/products! What a joke!

Ordered a £45 dog bed 12 Dec 22, its now 26 Jan 23, multiple emails sent with multiple excuses in return, been waiting for a refund for nearly a month. Based on the reviews this company shouldn't be allowed to do business. DONT USE.

Took over 3 weeks to receive order and didn't response to emails or answer the phone when trying to contact asking where the order was. Delivery company left on doorstep in plain view of the road when I wasn't in.

Cowboys. Offer discounts and take money for items they don't have. Had to get bank involved to get refund. Took a month.

As with lots of people, now a month after ordering food and nothing received. Emailed and had some brief correspondence. No one answers phone - just get another email saying 'dispatched' with no tracking available! Wont be using again

i ordered my item in december waited and waited till after january after so many attempets to contact no reply after ages of waiting i sent a message to cancel considering i ordered before christmas 16th untill10th of january and still no parcel so i decided to cancel they did that really qwick but to ask for my money back its a joke no contact no phone and no care i wont buying from them again rather put my money with a company that cares about animals and not the money coming in

Nobody takes ownership / responsibility for orders and delivery. It took many emails and four weeks to get my delivery, finally I gave a deadline for delivery with a threat of further action should that not be met! The order finally arrived.

Not the product at fault in any way, but 2 lost deliveries and then a final request to cancel and refund the order and then they finally deliver the dog food! The whole process took over 6 weeks, so no, I'm afraid we won't be ordering again, which is a shame as we'd love to support a smaller company rather than Amazon!
