“This order is good but I ordered one more product and ORDER #108079 I didn't receive this order then I contacted with customer support and ask them to cancel it and refund me my money. They said the refund has issued and will take 5 - 10 days to reflect in your bank account. Now it's been more than 18 days the refund has not received. I emailed them by more than 9 times but they even not responding me and nor refunding me my hard earned money. Their office address and phone number is also not mentioned on their website. Very disappointed”

“First order and was told 5 days delivery. Ordered 23rd Nov. Items were delivered 9th Oct even though I told them to cancel and they confirmed they would cancel. Wasn’t in when items arrived as believed they had been cancelled so they were all defrosted and couldn’t use. Items haven’t been refunded. Should have checked Google reviews before ordering with this company. Never again.”

“I waited a month for my order to arrive, so I ordered from elsewhere and when it was finally received I sent it back because it wasn’t needed. This was a month ago too and still haven’t received a refund, poor service all round and not sure if I’ll receive my refund. Please don’t use”
