“14 days since I placed my dog food order and I still haven't received my order. The correspondence is pretty much non-existent, as are the timeframes for delivery. I have had to go elsewhere otherwise my dog wouldn't have food! I will be cancelling the order and asking for a refund.”

“Not received my order after waiting over 3 weeks. I’ve now asked for a refund but not holding out any hope. Poor service and I would not recommend buying from this company given their reviews on trust pilot, just wish I had looked before purchasing.”

“Never received parcel. Terrible customer experience. No refund yet. Have now ordered elsewhere, cheaper quicker and updated service . Not in the dog house and definitely in one with me. DO NOT USE”

“Terrible company, you've taken my money after you said you have cancelled the order and refunded it, no goods have been delivered either, even though after you said you had refunded my money, lie, later that day you said order had gone out, lie, so out of pocket as had to order from a reputable company. If only I had read Trust Pilot reviews first. Now going to involve Trading Standards and National Media as you are a disgrace.”

“Have now waited 6 weeks since ordering and still no goods despite messages saying goods dispatched. Very poor customer service in replying to messages. The company clearly sold products they were not holding and continued to mislead us. Then this invitation to review as if we had received the products! Will never use again and urge all potential customers to look elsewhere.”

“Dog food still not delivered and no valid response from x2 emails to Customer Services. In comparison two bags of dog food ordered from Amazon on the 27th April and subsequently delivered on the 29th April. Also amazon was £10 cheaper than Not In The Dog House. Now looking for a full refund from NITDH. Extremely poor service on all counts. Would not recommend or do business with again. A complete waste of £30.”

“I sent an email nearly a week ago asking why my delivery was so different to what I ordered and still haven’t received a response. Really disappointing that I wasn't notified that my order would be so different and then still no response for days!”

“Very slow to respond to queries by email. Never answered the phone. Food more than half defrosted on arrival. Would never use again and definitely would not recommend. There is a BBC watchdog article on this company. Seek it out before you use.”
