“I thought I was the only one with an issue with non delivery snd appalling communication. Been waiting since 6th April for 20 bags of catsan, still not received. Many emails to say you'll receive tracking info, the last straw today asking how my delivery was. It was non existent! Started a claim now from my credit card. I've bought from this company a long time ago, no issues, but clearly something is going wrong with them. I'm astonished that they're asking for feedback knowing how their service is so bad at the moment.”

“I placed my order at the beginning of April, have chased this 4 times, get standard reply. Still not received and am now being asked to rate the company. If there was a zero star I would have rated it at that. Dreadful customer service and 7 weeks later still not received my order.”

“Terrible company & poor communication Ordered on 4th May, hadn’t turned up 11 days later, tried contacting multiple times via website, email, messenger and phone but no response Completed cancellation- no response Eventually after involving trading standards they advise will be refunded but not received yet”
