“I can't comment on the product as I still haven't received after ordering on the 7th March. Every time I enquire about it I get told the same thing, that it's been dispatched. This is the reason for my rating.”

“Unfortunately my order never arrived despite being told several times it had been despatched. I have been offered a refund but have not yet received it sadly. This means I will not be ordering from them again.”

“I really can’t believe how poor the service is! I ordered weeks ago and STILL HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING!! And now you send me an email how a rate the product! I don’t as I haven’t received it! I’ve sent several emails to complain. Don’t order from this company Below it asks how long it takes for someone to get back to you, it jumps from 6 to 12 hours then to a week. It takes 2 to 3 days to receive your unsatisfactory reply!”

“Ordered over 14 days ago and no update. Have contacted them multiple times now but received the same reply about expecting a tracking link soon.. That was with a week in between messages. Currently in the process of disputing my purchase as Not In The Dog House isn't helpful with following up on my order.”

“I placed an order for £80 worth of dog food on the 10th March. I have not received this order over 3 weeks later despite being notified that it’s been dispatched over a week ago. I have contacted not in the dog house numerous times by email and have been told I should expect a tracking number soon to never receive one. I have tried calling on the contact number provided on the website for the line not to work. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend.”

“I ordered a bulk pack of raw dog food for my pup. I waited well over a week without receiving my parcel. I emailed to check the progress to be reassured my parcel had been shipped and i would receive the shipping info to my email, 2 weeks later I still have not received this information. I have asked for a refund so we shall see if we ever get that…..”

“Im not the one to write bad reviews..but they never issued my refund, I chased them numerous times, even sent them proof of return delivery note, don't trust them. I even purchased an item after I return an item!. Wish I had waited for refund before purchasing.”
