I am so disappointed after discovering the misleading marketing of their marine magnesium. The best magnesium to use for the benefits they claim is Magnesium glycinate and I an certain that this company knows exactly what their magnesium hydroxide is actually used for - acid reflux and laxatives. I am appalled.

You need not to refill your product for who purchases the products. It is al about l scam people.

I have just emailed Nothing Fishy as this morning discovered they have been taking unauthorised payments from my bank account. I see from other reviews this seems to be a problem with this company. I placed an order in April and changed my mind as they would not honour the £10 to the person who introduced me. I received a refund. But they have since taken £70 from my bank and I did not subscribe.I await a response and refund from them before I take further action .

Hi Elaine! We have just responded to your email. It appears that you had a subscription with us, which automatically processes payments. We have now cancelled and refunded your latest order and cancelled your subscription. Please note that we do not take payments without customer authorization, and each customer receives an email notification three days prior to an automated order. 🙏 As requested, all your funds have been refunded. Regarding the referral issue, we were happy to offer you the £10 discount and provided the link to activate it. However, we also explained that discount codes cannot be combined with referral links. Well, it's been nearly two weeks since I paid £37 for a subscription and I still have not received the order. I have contacted Nothing Fishy numerous times and received no response. This is such a shame as I have been a loyal customer for a number of years. It would seem that that loyalty was misplaced and I not only feel like I've been robbed, but I have literally been robbed. Disgusting behaviour.
