“Delivery charges were astronomical ! £3.99 for an item that would cost no more than £1.50 including packaging !!”

“No. Won't rush to go back. Had to pay £3.99 for delivery which took ages and ages. I don't understand why can't you use Royal Mail which is so much faster and more convenient than Parcelforce.”

“Product was reasonably priced but, delivery charges are hidden on this company until you get to the pay pal point. very misleading it looks like you are paying 90p for delivery when that really is an extra for eco delivery, they then add on another charge at the next point. Quite deceiving really, I like to know what I am paying for from the start, like most people!”

“Several times my account was blocked, so I need to write my email again and again and wait until the next day to be unblocked. It's extremely annoying. In the end, I just created a different account and made a purchase.”
