“Ability to buy quickly. Unfortunately price quoted on Google page did not mention this was price with promo code which of course I didn't have. This was disappointing as it made the price higher”

“Site easy to use - prices competitive- I was tempted today by your offer of free delivery - unfortunately this only seemed to apply to specific lines - shame as other rivals such as All Beauty offer free delivery if you spend over say £50 and on this occasion I was spending £160+...left a bad taste ...”
