“Spent £100 but they still don't offer free delivery. Chose to pick the item up and even had to pay £3.50 for that! Ridiculous. Much prefer All Beauty but unfortunately they didn't have the item in stock. Second time I've used Notino. I wasn't completely sold on it last time - the scent of the perfume I ordered last time didn't last very long so wasn't entirely sure if it was genuine or not. However, it was a perfume I hadn't had before so wasn't sure if it was just that perfume. We will see what this one is like as it's a perfume I've had plenty of times. Overall, it's good there's another option out there and means not having to buy from places like Amazon, however I'm not yet sure if it's as good value as it initially seems to be.”

“I loved shopping with Notino I was looking for body and bath work a couple years back but could not find it anywhere in the uk until a friend diligently searched for the body cream I wanted and brought it as a surprise for my birthday… I was so shocked when I opened the gifts and also the name of the website she bought it from and from then Notino has always been my favourite shop.. Always full of surprises and fantastico price, Excellent customer service.. Thank you very much Notino and staff 💋”

“What if you did buy in time, with guaranteed Xmas delivery, and you company sent from Czech republic to Netherlands to UK and then to ireland, so not hope it would arrive, 720116061 whats point in guaranteed delivery if your company sent parcel around Europe it's obviously not going to arrive and your customer services are useless and work from a script”
