“Found products easily which was great and at good prices. The thing that really annoys me is that you don't find out what you have to pay delivery charges until checkout. It should be translucent when you see the item and before you put it in your basket. The cost of delivery defeated the purpose of getting it cheaper on line as it was a high cost. You should list delivery costs or have a tag on where you can we the costs per items and multiple items (obviously weight pending) before you make the decision to buy.”

“I shop with Notino often. I like that they have obscure products and perfume samples. £3.99 is too expensive a delivery price for them to charge every time, I usually wait until the item I want from them is listed as “free delivery””

“I was disappointed, I only went on line to buy 1 item x3 but finished up with over £80 only to find I was still being charged £3.99 shipping so I cancelled the rest & just bought the ones I had intended to buy.”

“For some reason there prices change every few hours. I think its calculated when they see a perfume is on offer and it's doing well, they raise the price. Not a good tactic when you're selling the SAME item to 2 different customers with two different prices within few hours difference. Otherwise I would've given 5 stars.”

“Overall, Notino is a good place to shop with, they have a good range of product in a competitive prices. The only thing that is disappointing, is the fact that you have to pay for eco wrapping, which in XXI century is ridiculous. People should pay for using plastic, and not saving the planet. Also, most marketplaces have a free delivery over a certain amount spent with them, which is not the case with Notino. And although you pay for delivery it takes a good few days, which is some kind of joke...”
