“Felt caught out by the delivery charge. Needs to be flagged up better. £3+ v. expensive postage for 50 ml tube of skin buff.”

“In basket you’re initially given the option for PayPal, the payment process is completed but the order is never placed.... no explanation is given. The payment process has to go via the non PayPal option to then select delivery option and again PayPal can be chosen... with order being completed. The initial option for PayPal should not be offered as it creates a false route without explanation. Image attached “PayPal Checkout” doesn’t complete order, “proceed to checkout” must be used”

“The item I ordered Armiani Acqua Di Gio Absolu 200ml was on the free delivery offers but when I ordered it I had to pay £3.49 for delivery to my local post office as this was the cheapest option. Why did I not get free delivery”

“Delivery charges ought to be on home page of your web-site and transparently clear and I believe that spending over £25.00 on your web-site warrants free delivery. I only bought from you because the cost of the items was good, but plus delivery - not now. Shame, I would have purchased from you again - not now.”

“Really disappointed in delivery charges. As a customer that has spend over £100+ on the products. Would have been nice to receive a complimentary free delivery as many other websites do offer this privilege nowadays to the customers that send more than the average. Is just not the way you treat a good customer in my opinion.”
