A very poor and bad service, ordered few items 9 days ago,it was a gift for my sister and i was about to flight and i was told that the parcel was damaged so i requested another one a replacement, and again it was sent without my address can you imagine that, sending a parcel with just a name!?! I called the courier and they asked me to contact Notino and asked them to modify the address I did so early in the morning but they don't care the advisor told me that they wouldn't deliver it and they will wait until the next day i explained to them that I'm travelling and it's urgent and all this happened because of them,they are faulty but they refused to do any effort,can you imagine that i rescheduled the flight and i paid fees for that,and i promised the items to my sister's for her birthday and I'm travelling empty handed,so because i won't be at home i requested a return and straight away i received an email that the parcel is back to them(Notino) and that they will issue the refund within 24 hours
So to be returned it's okay,and to deliver it they can't
It's disrespectful
They don't really care about their customers
10 days to get nothing just imagine that

Terrible customer service and Breach your Consumer Rights.
I ordered 2 beauty products, which both arrived smashed. I was refused a refund or replacement under my Consumer Rights and instead the supervisor wanted to engage in email pingpong.
I will not be using this retailer again! and I would not trust their returns policy statement.

The staff tried to tell me that it’s new version (update and different fragrance/bottles /everything) They haven’t done any changes at their website or didn’t let me know , I could choose and don’t loose my time!!!
They told that refund is 14 days, after 14 days they told that refund should back in 3-5 days….

They dont offer free returns and bare in mind most items are beauty items so if anything is wrong or not right… forget it! No refund or labels in the box.

1) the order came late 2) the package was literary destroyed as in the pictures 3) when I tried to talk with the support department they were very slow in responding and super unprofessional, they only offerd me a voucher of 5 euro valid for 3 months, which you cant buy nothing with it, so in this case, I will have to make another order with them with a bigger value, and when I told them to refund me the money directly they refused.

Terrible customer service! Never have I experienced such rubbish service, I ordered an item by mistake and the next hour (early in the AM around 3am), I requested it to be cancelled as I'm well within my rights and they said they're already processing it?! A few days later I received the item and they said I can return it for a refund.
