Poor returns policy (illegal I believe), customer service doesn't really read what you send, sending soiled goods as new, expect you to get gift vouchers instead of refunds for damaged goods.

Terrible customer service and Breach your Consumer Rights.
I ordered 2 beauty products, which both arrived smashed. I was refused a refund or replacement under my Consumer Rights and instead the supervisor wanted to engage in email pingpong.
I will not be using this retailer again! and I would not trust their returns policy statement.
