“Price really great for perfume. Activated free delivery but didn't get it on check out, may have done something wrong. Really happy though with the shopping experience.”

“I am happy to shopping with you. But I don't understand why after the discount I have to pay for delivery within 3 days which I don't need it. I don't really care why long it will take,all I need is received my order. I think you have to give customers good deals with better discounts, that would make us shop more”

“Your products are competitive prices only when including additional discount offers, otherwise, they are more expensive as you charge postage. If you included postage for orders over say £50 this would be a more attractive competitive offer.”

“Fantastic service throughout BUT and for me it’s a BIG but, the amount of packaging (plastic) which was wrapped around a plastic pot in a protective cardboard box( so extra packaging was unnecessary) was deplorable. Sadly I won’t be ordering again unless I really have to.”
