“Products and prices are great but the site itself has technical issues. Screens freeze and I found myself having to go back to repeat the search again several times. The website needs improving and it needs to be more customer centric with better speed.”

“The price of products are very competitive and the items are as described . I choose eco packaging which is excellent and well worth the extra 90 pence. Delivery had been on time, but I’ve never had to return an item, so I can’t comment on returns , refunds or custom service. The web page is very user friendly.”

“Easy website to use. Read a few reviews on fake perfume but as I wasn't buying perfume it wasn't an issue. The prices were cheaper and in stock. No problem with paying. Done and dusted within minutes. The proof will be in the pudding when/if the goods arrive on time.”
