“The decision to upgrade to a Roland TD-30K required plenty of internet research but It was sitting down at the kit with friendly and knowledgeable staff at Nottingham Drum and Guitar Centre on hand that finally convinced me to go for it. Nothing was too much trouble for them while at the same time they gave me plenty of space and time to explore the potential of the drum kit. In all, a great experience. It's nice to know that buying on line or directly from the shop you are dealing with people who care about music and the equipment they are selling.”

“Extremely helpful & knowledgable staff. Purchased my 11yr old sons first electric guitar. The man in the shop took time with us and spoke directly to my son when explaining the differences between the guitars giving relevant & helpful advice. Didn't feel rushed or pressured. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others.”

“I wanted to buy my grand son a set of electric drums for Christmas, not having a clue what to buy i whent to the Nottingham Drum and Guitar Center were Andy gave us great advice and a demo, he didn't try and hard sell us anything just good advice needless to say i bought a set of Roland absolutley fantastic been back since and with Andy's good advise bought a Roland amp my grand son Tom has not been off them since he got them. At the moment we are arranging tuition with ND & GC Thanks Andy for all your help”

“Called into your premises previous to Christmas enquiring about electronic drumsets for our Grandson, your assistant was particularly helpful and explained very clearly what they were all about and which would be most suitable for us. We then went away checked out product on internet, but decided we would much prefer to purchase online from, yourselves, glad we did as on christmas morning our grandson was absolutely thrilled with the Roland TDK1. Thankyou to you all xx”

“One of very few remaining independents that truly understands a music shop is about the whole experience. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and genuine. “Excellent service - professional, friendly & very knowledgeable. Ed was focussed on helping me choose the best guitar and amp for my needs. I was never rushed (2nd & 3rd auditions were encouraged) and I was never pressured into considering more expensive products. Summary: a great store providing top notch service”

“Excellent, enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff who indulged me whilst I chose my new drum kit. Very helpful when I needed to change a couple of cymbals from a pack to get the set up I was after. Layout of store easy to get around with lots of gear to try. I will be back in the near future to expand and upgrade. Many thanks. Ian”
