“I just wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you for the very efficient service in m recent purchase of some Hardcase drum boxes (ordered Tuesday this week). There was a technical problem with ordering online, so I phoned and received excellent service as well as the best prices I could find anywhere. As explained to me over the phone, the goods arrived within the time slot given by the courier, some 48 hours after placing the order and I was very impressed with the whole process. Will happily use your store again in future.”

“I play the snare for Nottinghams Corps Of Drum , and use KP2 sticks. My old sticks were battered and I needed some new ones, I ordered my old ones from a random shop and it took nearly two weeks for them to be delivered! But the sticks I ordered from this site took less than two days! I would recommend it!!”

“Can't say enough good things about the team and my experience with Nottingham drum and guitar centre They really helped me with everything I needed. And they allowed me time to play some drum kits and be perfectly happy with my purchase. (Even though it was New Years eve and near closing time). The delivery was prompt and all arrived in one piece, I was a bit concerned as I live in Southampton but all was fine and packaged very well. I thoroughly recommend them if your looking to purchase your chosen instrument. Would shop there again. Ryan”

“The product I ordered was not available as the stock they had received was not up to their standards. I received a personal email very swiftly after submitting my order explaining this and offering to substitute a more expensive product for the same price. I gladly accepted this and the package arrived promptly and securely wrapped. Very satisfied with purchase and service received.”

“It was a friendly & knowledgeable chap who answered the phone, within minutes I had the right information to go forward. Upon receiving the quote and getting the financial 'go-ahead' we contacted the guys and placed the order. Only a few days later we had received the order and unpacked it. “Absolutely fabulous service! Lovely communication polite and extemely helpful. I would highly recommend this shop/company. “I'd been wondering how I was going to find time to nip into town to pick up a couple of pairs of sticks-that sort of thing doesn't require you to see the article before you buy it. So buying online was the perfect solution,and after checking on the phone that I was getting my regular sticks it was all very simple. They arrived within a couple of days,so panic over,and I should get through the Christmas period without any hitches. I've been very pleased with everything I've bought from the shop over the years-including my Yamaha maple custom kit and various packing cases. And as long as you take care of things,you can be a relative stranger to the shop staff-and buying online just keeps that tradition going. Chris Brady”
