“I absolutely love that fact that Nourish’d meals are delivered fresh, not frozen and have no additives or preservatives. There is also a great range of choice with Gluten Free, Keto, Paleo etc. And most importantly, the food is delicious.”
“So far the meals I have had have been great. I love how they are all gluten free as being a coeliac it can be really hard to find places that are free from contamination. It is somewhat expensive which is why I haven’t signed up for a recurring order and just order some meals every now and then. The one downside is the menu rotating. It would be much easier for me to be able to order off the full menu as there are only a few each week that I want so I can’t order bulk and freeze them. Other than that I think Nourish’d is great.”

“Great quality healthy meals, there are many Nourishd meals I like to be able to order regularly. It’s great to have access to such meals prepared professionally with appropriate hygiene in place through my NDIS plan that I otherwise do not have access to. The NDIS trying to stop participant access to this service in exchange for support workers not qualified in food preparation and food hygiene is very concerning for the safety and well being of people with a disability. We need to be able to continue to have access to these healthy appropriately hygienically made meals to avoid things like food poisoning etc.”
