Website is clunky and unclear. Customer service barely exists at all and will do nothing to help rectify errors that will inevitably occur due to the awful service. Save your time, don't use them.

The food might be ok, if it actually arrived. Instead they don't even update you with delivery and you have to chase them up to find your order has been lost. Then you ask for your order to be replaced and you get treated appallingly! Eventually saying yes then not following thru, all the while causing more stress and when you tell them how upsetting it is to the point of making you sick. They treat you even worse! NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY BY CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS I HAVE HERE. Clearly I would not recommend. Would need a very strong stomach to take what they'll put you thru and meals from somewhere else for when you don't receive what you ordered. Most upsetting and disappointing meal provider I've ever come across.

I ordered the low carb meals and I did find a few of them to be very uninviting and unpalatable, Sorry but I have not ordered again. Jss as n

They are good until things don't go well, then they want nothing to do with you nd show that they don't actually care. My delivery went to the wrong address, I received a notification that it had been delivered so I drove over an hour to pick it up however the delivery notification was wrong and it wasn't actually delivered. The food wasn't delivered until 2 days later without any consideration for the hassle the delays and misinformation caused me or any confirmation the food had been stored in a refrigerator for 2 days. I was a loyal customer but I won't be ordering from them again and I wouldn't recommend them.

I refused to eat it as it was room temperature and was left under a plant. The ice cooler was completely thawed and not even cool. Will never buy again. Please unscribe me if you haven't yet. I waited Monday rang not till Wednesday. Waited Wednesday rang not till Thursday text message will be delivered didn't arrive until Friday and date to be extended by the 22nd Feb. So extremely unsatisfied.

Delivery was extremely late over 12 hours. So late the ice block was melted and well over 5 degrees which is incredibly dangerous if I had not been home. The food was average and the ceaser salad was an absolute disgrace. Literally 6 pieces of soggy lettuce. The picture looks like at least half a cos lettuce. Definitely will never order from here again. There are so many fresh meal delivery services now in 2022 and this company is well below average. Only saving grace was the Granola which is very nice and balanced.

Worst delivery ever. 2 times in a row, they delivery in the wrong address. Even after specifying all the house details with my mobile no. The courier do not even read the delivery notes. Very disappointed! Spoke to lady named Tiffany and I am tired calling and complaining. Never ordering from them again.

Really disappointed in the current range of meals ordered. Most were watery and very little veggies in the beef ragu. One lone solitary slice of carrot really doesn’t add anything to the flavour or texture.
