“Meals are very small - Around 250g. Competitors are all doing 350g. These are more expensive and very tight with the meat. 3 butter “chickens” all had 2 very bites of chicken… not cool.”

“The new website makes ordering much harder. Good features are gone and I can't see any enhancements. If I didn't like the meals I'd have cancelled already. I'm sticking around for a while in the hope all the issues are sorted. Otherwise, there are other options.”
“Unfortunately my Meals weren't delivered, waiting around all day & attempted to make contact early afternoon with no access to Phone Inquiry because of Demand I left 2 Emails until I finally heard that due to System Upgrade my Delivery & Order had been lost. We were asked to remain patient with New System Implementation & I had honoured that with all sorts of problems before that including an extra EF Deduction from my Bank Account for another order. System blackouts too numerous to mention which meant I was left with no meals for this period. Yes a solution was offered for a possible re delivery for another two days time BUT the solution didn't solve the plans i had already undertaken. So I am being generous with a rating of 2 because I have not received 1 Phone Call to apoligise!”
“Although a small number of meals that I ordered were lovely, overall I found most available meals were 'wet' dishes, like curries or sauce-based, for the available choices. I was not interested in having a plan for meals, and like to choose my own meals. I found that the choices each week were limiting as those I would have liked to have chosen on a particular week were not available in the week I'd like to have had them with other meals I would have liked to have ordered at the same time.
Standard meals were too small and Large meals too big, and I found the meals at times to be unappetising both in visual appeal and flavour.”
