“I got a couple meals that i didn't know what it was so tryed it but it was hot and spicy. I am starting to get bored with the same sort of thing but hopefully it will have some new dishes soon . I love the break bowl thow”
“The consistency between meal rotations is lacking. Servings of the same meal type often have significant differences in the protein and vegetable portioning. So much so that the nutritional information would be entirely redundant. The quality of the proteins and vegetables is good, and the meals taste great. For the price, I would expect more consistency, especially with the protein.”

I’ve been loving the food, it’s low in sodium and it doesn’t bloat my stomach like the food from other providers, I wish some of the meals were bigger in protein portions, and also it would be good to being able to get deliveries Monday Mornings when we wake up instead of Tuesdays.”

I can’t find anything else that is as tasty and fresh as Nourish’d meals. Also, being gluten and dairy intolerant makes it hard to find meals to suit but, Nourish’d being all gluten free with options also of dairy free is amazing!
The only things I would like to see from Nourish’d to make it even better would be;
More dairy free options; and
More variety of meat options would be great. There is a lot of pork meals.

“Although a small number of meals that I ordered were lovely, overall I found most available meals were 'wet' dishes, like curries or sauce-based, for the available choices. I was not interested in having a plan for meals, and like to choose my own meals. I found that the choices each week were limiting as those I would have liked to have chosen on a particular week were not available in the week I'd like to have had them with other meals I would have liked to have ordered at the same time.
Standard meals were too small and Large meals too big, and I found the meals at times to be unappetising both in visual appeal and flavour.”
