“I have tried so many pre-made meals but Nourish'd is by far the best. The meals are tasty and the closest to restaurant/home cooked that I've tried. The sodium content is low also, where others are extremely high. Customer service is great too. I highly recommend Nourish'd!”
“I started using nourished a year ago after the birth of my son. It was great to have some excellent yummy food that was already prepared. I tried it again recently and was really unimpressed. I remember there being more meat in some of the meals and I felt a bit gassy after many of the meals. Cancelled after a week because it just wasn’t the same”

“I ordered several Caesar salads and they all contained about 3 pieces of romaine lettuce that were soggy and wilted because they were put together with the bacon and chick peas. It they were separated it might have been better.
The other meals had over cooked noodles and were bland. I loved the idea of everything being gluten free which is why I decided to try Nourished and I am sorry I don’t have more positive things to say.”
