“A little more expensive than other companies but the meals I have had so far are full of flavour. Delivery has been great and ease of ordering with nutritional information is handy.”
“I love the idea around Nourishd and I think the freshness of the meals is a huge selling point. However, out of the 10 different meals I’ve ordered so far, I only really enjoyed 2 of them. In saying that, I’m pretty particular when it comes to food. I would order from Nourish’d again, but not every week.”
“Food is great - taste and portions. It really does taste like something you’ve made yourself. Delivery not so smooth and needs some tweaks - the last one I collected within 5 minutes of drop off and it was just barely cool and the box wasn’t structurally holding together (so had to gather up scattered meals on ground twice), but that’s something that can be resolved. Overall really good find and has helped claw back a lot of time - very grateful.”
“They are good until things don't go well, then they want nothing to do with you nd show that they don't actually care. My delivery went to the wrong address, I received a notification that it had been delivered so I drove over an hour to pick it up however the delivery notification was wrong and it wasn't actually delivered. The food wasn't delivered until 2 days later without any consideration for the hassle the delays and misinformation caused me or any confirmation the food had been stored in a refrigerator for 2 days. I was a loyal customer but I won't be ordering from them again and I wouldn't recommend them.”
